tips and warnings

Hey wrestler friend I am here to share some interesting and useful tips and warning about wrestling please carefully go through it.
Tips
·         Just because a move works for someone else, this does not mean that it is best suited for you. The move has to work for you and you need to have confidence in it.
·         Make sure you are in good shape and that you keep yourself hydrated.
·         Some wrestlers try to learn too much in the beginning; quality is always better than quantity.
·         Set a reachable goal each week. Some people have high expectations in the beginning, and when these are not accomplished, they get frustrated. It may take three months to get your hand raised for three seconds, but those three seconds are your testament to how hard you have worked. This is a tough sport, never forget that.
·         Set a goal weight class each tournament and weigh at your scale at home so you don't have to wrestle extremely heavy guys.
·         As they say, practice makes perfect!
·         Make sure you have a few moves perfected like a stand up, take down, reversal and pinning combo.
·         Some moves are better suited for people of different body types.
·         Example: tilts and cradles work better for taller wrestlers. Leg-riding works best for short and muscular wrestlers.
·         Attitude and accountability is very important, especially if you lose. Taking accountability and having the right attitude after a loss is key to improvement.
Warnings
·         You're going to win some and your going to lose some.
·         Do not try something like a suicide cradle in the first period
·         Don't be stupid and go out with some buddies and have a beer or smoke a joint, because it truly affects your athletic performance greatly and is not worth getting caught for.
·         Wrestle your matches with great intensity, but don't be stupid, if someone is a good neutral wrestler pop them in the face with your palm and get them frustrated and let them take a bad shot.

Women are the source of energy that runs the world. But these women are also suppressed in many field and in many ways but real talent cannot be hidden for a long time, the women also emerged in the field of sports too. The history of women participation in sports is quite old. Women first competed at the   1900   Paris Games. Women were allowed to compete in lawn tennis and golf, though there were three French women competing in croquet and there was at least one woman sailor as part of mixed crews. According to Refinery 29, approximately   45 percent of participants   in the 2016 Olympics will be women — the highest number of female competitors to date. The United States has broken a record of its own: Team USA recently   announced its lineup   for the Rio Olympics, and out of 555 competitors in 27 different sports, 292 are women. This isn't the first time that women outnumbered men on Team USA — that honor went to the   2012 London games  ...

Yoga

Wrestling requires immense physical and cardiovascular strength and stamina. Yoga eases pain and reduces injury especially for wrestlers who often suffer from shoulder and knee injuries. Increasing shoulder flexibility as well as lower back, hamstrings, chest, and the cervical spine help reduce suffering and injury for wrestlers. Physically, yoga also improves strength, balance, and flexibility. Wrestling is all about focusing on the moment and anticipating the next. Yoga impacts a wrestler’s ability to focus on the present moment. In addition, yoga increases the ability to focus and concentrate. Wrestling on its own cultivates and promotes humility, holding the head high at the end of wins and losses. Yoga increases the wrestler’s ability to stay humble and encourages “work ethic” by stressing the importance of practice and progress, not perfection. In my next blog I will provide a list of Yoga Poses beneficial  for you all.
